Strayer University organizes its commencement ceremonies both in-person and virtually. Faculty participating in Strayer’s ceremonies wear academic regalia appropriate to their highest degree‑granting institution. Strayer does not enforce a uniform robe or hood color for faculty, allowing professors to represent their academic backgrounds.
